*The Updated PWOC pin order form was revised March 9, 2012. Only the updated form will be accepted as it contains the current postage and insurance prices. Please shred all previous forms.

There is no minimum number to order. Pins are $1.65 each. The shipping is $5.35 for 200 and fewer pins. Please add in the cost of insurance (on the order form) if you want your shipment insured. Only checks made payable to "DA Chaplain Fund" are accepted.
